Should there be any unexpected event where the course creator (Krista Leavitt) is no longer able to continue the delivery of in-person hands on training, you will be contacted for a refund of any in-person classes not yet rendered that you have purchased.
Rebooking Your Training Dates
If you cannot attend a class that you have purchased a seat(s) for, it will be your responsibility to contact Krista Leavitt - Curl Specialist at [email protected] within one year - and with more than 7 days before the class start date - to reschedule your in-person training. You can ask to reschedule up until 7 days before class. You may also transfer your class to another licensed Hair Stylist up to 7 days before class starts and you will be responsible for collecting payment from that stylist coming in your place.

One-to-One Virtual Coaching For Hair Stylists
Accessibility
You must have access to an ipad, computer or phone with video capability for the Zoom app.
What's Included
One Private Virtual Class. The duration of the private class will be determined by your needs and agreed upon before invoice is sent through PayPal. Rate is $111 per hour, and payment for full virtual class will be due at time of booking. Any topics relating to your business and wavy, curly, coily hair can be covered. Class will be created and personalized for your needs.
Cancellations/rescheduling
It will be your responsibility to contact me at [email protected] within 48 hrs of your booked session to reschedule. Any cancellations during the 48 hrs before your virtual class will result in 50% forfeit of class fees.
Refund Policy
We have 100% satisfaction guarantee. There are no refunds, but you may reschedule your class 3 times if the need should arise, as long as 48 hrs notice has been given.
Should there be any unexpected event where the course creator (Krista Leavitt) is no longer able to continue the delivery of virtual one-to-one class sessions, you will be contacted and provided a refund for services not yet rendered.
