Items must be unopened, unused, and returned within 14 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund. Refunds are done through Shopify, and it may take up to 5-10 business days for you to see the refund on your credit card or Paypal account. You must send a receipt as proof of purchase with your returning item. Shipping fees are payable by the buyer, are non-refundable and a 30% restocking fee will be applied to your refund. To return your product, package it well and be sure to tape all product bottle tops.

Salon Services:

There are no refunds for salon services, but every effort will be made to accommodate ONE haircut edit at no charge to you. You must notify Krista Leavitt - Curl Specialist Inc. of your issue within 14 days of initial haircut service. One haircut edit appointment will be booked for you within 30 days of your initial haircut so the necessary corrections can be made.  If you are still unsatisfied at that time, a new haircut appointment must be made at full price. 

ALL ONLINE COURSES:

There are no refunds on digital products. No exceptions.
